High Precision Tin Phosphorous Bronze Plates and Strips
High precision tin phosphorous bronze, or tin bronze, is a type of alloy that contains copper, tin and phosphorous Tin increases the corrosion resistance and strength of the alloy and phosphorous acts as a deoxidizing agent during the smelting process and increase wear resistance, hardness, fluidity and malleability.
High precision tin phosphorous bronze has high-flexibility, high strength and excellent corrosion resistance and widely used in electronic parts, connecting plates of tale-communication equipments, precision devices, durable components and anti-magnetic components in high-precision devices and metres, auto components and electrical components in machines. High precision tin phosphorous bronze is one of the most economical and commonly used high-precision copper alloy.
High Precision Brass Plates and Strips
Brass is a type of copper alloy hat contains copper and zinc. It is the most extensively used high precision copper alloy. Brass has excellent dynamics properties, physical properties, high electrical and heat conductivity, and high corrosion resistance.
High precision brass plates and strips are widely used as contact plates and accessories in electronic, telecommunications and household electrical equipment, interior decorations, garment components water tanks of automobiles, batteries and detonating caps.
High Precision Lead Frame Strips
Three different types of alloys comprise three major series of lead frame copper strips: copper-iron-phosphorous alloy, copper-nickel-silicon alloy and copper-chromium-zirconium alloy. All high precision lead frame strips have high electrical and thermal; conductivity, high strength as well as corrosion resistance.
High precision lead frame strips are the base raw materials used for making IC and semiconductor separators and are primarily used in IC, large-and mid-scale power tubes, light emitting diode tubes and triode tubes.
High Precision Nickel Silver Plates and Strips
Nickel silver alloys contain copper and nickel and varying proportions of zinc, but no silver. The "silver" in the name only refers to the alloy's colour. Nickel silver plates and strips have a pleasant silvery colour, good malleability, good magnetism shield properties, high corrosion resistance and high flexibility.
High precision nickel silver plates and strips are widely used in liquid crystal vibration device covers, shielding for mobile phones optical instrument silver ware jewellery, zippers and keys, musical instruments and coins.
High Precision Beryllium Copper Plates and Strips
Beryllium bronze is a top-grade material in high-flexibility and high-performance copper alloys and is known as the best conductive and flexible material. It is widely used as flexible components in the electronic, electric, communication device and meter industries, and in major military equipment including aerospace and aviation devices and weapons.
The Group achieved non-vacuum smelting and large-tonnage medium-frequency vertical semi-continuous casting technique and set up the first domestic heavy-coil high precision beryllium bronze production line which filled the gap in the state. Domestic and foreign users were satisfied after use, with products attaining the US and Japanese standards.
High Precision Red Copper Plates and Strips
Due to its low percentage of impurities, which can reduce electrical and thermal conductivity, pure copper has high electrical and thermal conductivity, durability and malleability. It is widely used in power and electrical appliance sectors.
The high-precision pure copper strips produced by the Group are mainly used in the manufacturing of transformers and cable ties as well as in electrical switches and contact plates which have high electrical and thermal conductivity requirements.
