Boiler Tube SA210 A1, Superheater Tube A213 T22

Boiler Tube SA210 A1 is the standard covers seamless medium-carbon steel boiler and superheater tubes. Seamless medium carbon steel pipe for boiler tube and boiler flue pipe, including a minimum wall thickness of the security side, the dome and the support tube and superheater tubes.

Boiler tubes is tubes used for boiler systems, like boilers for civil use in life, general industrial boilers, locomotive boilers and thermal power boiler. According to different steam pressure, thermal power boilers are divided to low, medium, high pressure, high pressure, sub-critical pressure, supercritical pressure boilers, ultra-supercritical units. Production standards and materials for boilers tubes: BS3059 Steel boiler and superheater tubes

SA-210C (25MnG): It is the steel grade in ASME SA-210 standard. It is a small-diameter carbon-manganese steel tube for boiler and superheater. It is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel. China transplanted it to GB5310 in 1995, named 25MnG. Its chemical composition is simple. Except for the high content of carbon and manganese, its yield strength is about 20% higher than that of 20G, while its plasticity and toughness are similar to that of 20G. The steel has simple production process and good cold and hot working properties. Replacing 20G with it can reduce wall thickness, material consumption and heat transfer condition of boilers. Its working position and temperature are basically the same as 20G. It is mainly used for water wall, economizer, cryogenic superheater and other components whose working temperature is lower than 500 C.
