USITC votes to continue cases on welded stainless steel pressure pipe

The United States International Trade Commission determined that there is a reasonable indication that a US industry is materially injured by reason of imports of welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value.

All six Commissioners voted in the affirmative.

As a result of the Commission's affirmative determinations, the US Department of Commerce will continue to conduct its investigations on imports of this product from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, with its preliminary antidumping duty determinations due on or about October 23rd 2013.
