1. Overview of SUS444 products
The SUS444 stainless steel produced by our company, which is the SUS444 stainless steel which is produced by optimizing the process according to the Japanese standard JIS G 4305 (SUS444).
SUS444 stainless steel is a super low carbon nitrogen, 18% chromium and 2% molybdenum, high corrosion resistant ferrite stainless steel. The steel is usually stabilized by NB or Nb + Ti, which can avoid the intergranular corrosion of weld heat affected zone. Compared with austenitic stainless steel SUS304 and SUS316L, this steel has better resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and chloride ion pitting corrosion than SUS304, which is equivalent to SUS316L. Therefore, the steel is particularly suitable for producing various water treatment devices.
